bangers

i cooked again today. i wanted to make some hearty comfort food, and with the snow and chilly temperature today seemed the perfect day. so the winner was.....bangers & mash (with a side of brussels w/bacon).

i was mostly excited because this was the perfect excuse to go to my local butcher. my local butcher has a cute shop and friendly service.
